Refund and cancellation policy

Payments today

Online card and wallet payment is not live yet. After you book, we send simple payment instructions. This policy is ready for the day a payment gateway is switched on, and it applies to any manual payment you make under those instructions.

Cancellation

You can cancel or move a visit from your appointments. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time, a fee already paid is refunded in full, or the slot is released if you have not paid.

A later cancellation, or a no-show, may forfeit the fee, because the doctor held that time. The notice period shown on the booking screen is the one that applies.

Follow-ups and clinical changes

If the doctor cancels, or the visit cannot take place because of a fault on our side, the fee is refunded or the visit is rebooked at no extra charge.

A follow-up priced as free has no fee and no refund. A discounted follow-up is refunded at the amount you were actually charged, not at the full consultation fee.

How to ask

Write to the contact address on the Contact page and include your MR number and the appointment time. We do not ask you to send clinical photographs by email.
