Only you and the dermatologist treating you can see your record, photos and prescriptions.
Video visits run in the browser. A recording is made only after you agree at that visit, and it is removed after 90 days.
Files are stored in a private bucket. Staff open them through signed links, and each open is written to an audit log.
Consent for a recording is separate from consent to be treated. You can refuse recording and still have the consultation. You can ask for a copy of your data or for deletion, subject to the records a doctor must keep.
